There are books we remember because they were great, and books we remember because we were a completely different person when we read them.
I recently revisited Christopher Pike’s *The Midnight Club*, a book I first read as a teenager. This time, I listened to it as an adult and discovered that nostalgia is a funny little reading companion.
Some things held up. Some definitely didn’t.
And the experience made me wonder: **What would happen if you revisited one of the books you loved as a kid?**
Read my review of *The Midnight Club* and find out what changed when teenage Lacey met adult Lacey.
